is the personal studio of Phillip Harkness.
Growing up on a diet of Guns n' Roses, Thundercats, home-made skate ramps and Bombora, Phillip Harkness work stinks of teen angst + youthful rebellion. Graphic Artist and Fashion Designer by day, Harkness translates his everyday influences and nostalgic temperament into large typographic boards and youth-centric illustrations by night, kind of like Batman but way more heroic.
Harkness has shown his work previously at Local Produce, Sydney, Gallery Fourty Four in Darlinghurst, + @ the College of Fine Arts, Paddington. He has worked for a number of clients including Mambo, Grand Flavour, and Insight. His Work has been featured on NOISE.com, Grapevine Magazine, and is held in private collections throughout Australia.
